We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting our practitioners' time.

Cancellation Timeline

  • 48+ hrs

    Full Refund

    Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment for a complete refund of your deposit or payment.

  • 24-48 hrs

    50% Refund

    Cancel between 24-48 hours before your appointment for a 50% refund.

  • <24 hrs

    No Refund

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, are not eligible for refunds.

Product Returns

For products purchased through our online shop:

Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unused Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orthotics (made to your specifications)
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

  1. Contact us to initiate a return request.
  2. We'll provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  4. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In the following circumstances, we may waive our standard cancellation policy at our discretion:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
  • Death in the immediate family
  • Natural disasters or severe weather preventing travel
  • COVID-19 or other infectious illness symptoms
