- Sports medicine podiatry
- Online appointment booking
- Sale of foot care products
All healthcare services are provided by licensed practitioners in accordance with Delaware state regulations and applicable federal healthcare laws.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online through our website or by calling our clinic.
- A valid email address and phone number are required for booking.
- You must provide accurate personal and health information.
- Email verification is required before payment processing.
Confirmation
- Appointments are confirmed upon successful payment of a deposit or full payment.
- You will receive email confirmation with appointment details.
- Reminder emails will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
Arrival
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Bring valid identification and any relevant medical records.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or rescheduling.
3. Payments & Billing
Payment Options
- 10% Deposit: Secure your appointment with a 10% deposit, with the balance due at the time of service.
- Full Payment: Pay the full service fee at the time of booking.

Pricing
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The price at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.
- Additional services rendered during appointments will be charged separately.
Insurance
We do not directly bill insurance companies. We will provide you with an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if applicable.

Cancellation Details
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of deposit or payment.
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit or payment.
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. The full appointment fee is forfeited.
- No-shows: The full appointment fee is forfeited.

Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. In cases of genuine medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible.
